Quantitative coarse graining of laminar fluid flow penetration in rough boundaries

We 3D printed rheometry tools to investigate the role of boundary roughness on rheometry. Surprisingly, a single penetration depth could be identified to play a role in the interaction between the fluid and the rough surface.
